Program Evaluation

Evaluating the implementation of a program/initiative provides recommendations for next steps. GPC provides a systematic assessment through the collection of qualitative and quantitative data sources to measure program outcomes. We work with our clients to create a customized evaluation plan, data collection and analysis plans, and a logic model. Development of a simple logic model to define resources, activities, outputs and short, intermediate and long-term outcomes.

GPC provides services to researchers wanting to enhance their understanding of qualitative research methods. This includes providing guidance on best practices in qualitative research for specific projects, review of qualitative grant proposals, and review of qualitative data collection instruments. We guide clients to design their qualitative data analysis methods and shape a co-analysis service. We can work with you, as part of your research team, to understand the flow of your qualitative data, organize data management strategies and meet important goals and deadlines for your projects.
