GPC education services range from program development, and evaluation to grant writing support and professional development courses. PAMELA O. GILCHRIST, PH.D.

Principal Consultant

Dr. Pamela Olivia Gilchrist is the owner and principal consultant specializing in teaching, coaching, and speaking. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education, a minor in Science and Social Studies, a master’s degree in Instructional Technology, and a doctorate degree in Educational Research and Policy Analysis with an emphasis on blended learning and innovations. As an intercultural competence qualified administrator, a certified member of the John Maxwell Team and a Valued Added Associate of Target Training Institute, her mission is to help her clients navigate through unveiling setbacks, defining business objectives, aligning priorities with organizational strategies, and implementing creative solutions to build a solid foundation for growth, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.  She is passionate about empowering her clients to make a positive, lasting impression by simply doing what they love.

Pamela’s background and innate leadership abilities fuel her consulting business’ “What’s UPs” approach and engagement.  She is an educator devoted to continuous learning, inspiring, creating opportunities, networking, and leading people and organizations to unchartered dimensions of value.  She brings with her 20+ years of expertise with K-20 education, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, blended learning platforms, and working abroad; all of which have molded her into a creative, strategic, and forward-thinking individual with unique insights on how to make an impact that matters.  Her goal is to collaboratively help her clients unveil core drivers, analyze pain points, optimize performance, maintain authenticity, and ultimately fulfill their dreams.

Pamela is a native of St. Pauls, North Carolina, the youngest of 10 siblings, a teacher, leader, researcher, and disciple of Christ.  She’s active in her church and enjoys traveling, cooking, exercising, and solving problems.
